Calcium

Calcium is necessary for healthy bone formation and muscle function. Calcium is also needed for thyroid function. People who have health problems with thyroid function should pay more attention to a sufficient calcium content.

People suffers from lactose intolerance more than expected,  lactose-free products or alternatives (soya, lupine, almonds) can use as applies. This is because lactose intolerance means that enzymes cannot be correctly converted and the body therefore needs much more energy than normal. On the one hand the energy demand is increased and it needs an additional supplement.

Calcium is in soya, almonds, sesame, broccoli and green peas.
