It is still difficult for people with disabilities to find a job. There is a talk about inclusion, but this is still a rare act. People are put into work measures, so that the unemployment rate is lower.

Work measures mean writing job applications, the healthy way of dealing with oneself. However, it should be asked, why do I need to have a healthy interaction with myself? If nevertheless the whole system is laid out against it. People in sheltered workshops are allowed to earn a maximum of 200€. The value of the human being is inviolable (Art.1 and Human Rights Charter), but from max. 200€ people with disabilities cannot afford any value. 

Why wouldn’t the public be better at dealing with disabilities? One answer and society’s approach is often: „Because people with disabilities are very often born with a health problem. They don’t know a better life.“

Of the economic point of view, people with disabilities represent a risk factor. The sociological point of view means people with disabilities are characterized by discrimination and condemnation. Even if in the article 4 (GG) forbidden discrimination, means not they follow or agree. Until today, people with impairments are not listed individually in international law in the prohibition of discrimination. Canada is currently trying to break away from the UN. How can UN, EU and national institutions talk about human rights, if people have to endure daily violation of rights.

Education for people with disabilities is considered a privilege, just 10 years ago, college/university enrollment was 3% for people with disabilities. In comparison, enrollment for people with immigrant backgrounds was 15%. On the one hand, the question should be asked, why does there have to be a % sign at all, and on the other hand, why is it so low? A power agreement?

But in Germany there is no more educational equality in the law, instead religious education becomes the center of a school,- and educational system, as well as the private institutions are on list.
